A summer of impact

ELIC’s summer programs are designed to impact both the participant teachers and their students through the shared experience of conversational English. Even if you’ve never taught before, we provide training and coaching to ensure you can step into the classroom with confidence from day one.

Opportunities last 10-14 days or 4-6 weeks

They can be used to fulfill internship and practicum requirements or simply open doors to engage with your students and team overseas.

4-6 Week Programs

These are opportunities to teach and connect with our long-term work and vision. Explore a culture and engage with students from elementary-aged to university or even local teachers. Orientation and debrief ensure that you are well-prepared and able to get the most from your experience. Whether you are teaching in a classroom or a summer camp, you’ll get a glimpse of what life on a long-term team overseas could look like!
10-14 Day Programs

Cast vision for your future as you teach and observe in English classrooms overseas. Your team will explore local culture and engage with the both community and our established teachers. With intentional orientation and debrief, you will be prepared to make the most of your time overseas.

We are known for excellence in recruitment, screening, training, and ongoing professional development. This emphasis fills our teams with quality teachers who continue to grow.
We’re serious about providing our teachers with hands-on support throughout all stages of the journey: pre-field training, teaching support, ongoing member care, and debriefing when they return. Our current teachers joyfully refer to “the ELIC family.”
